	Administer the complete benefits package including COBRA, HIPAA, and Cafeteria reimbursements.
	Maintain a schedule for ongoing plan evaluation; allowing timely response to future changes in objectives, funding issues, government regulations and carrier plan alterations.
	Provide access to our contracted California attorneys by obtaining answers to your Labor Law concerns and inquiries.
	Assist your Human Resources department in establishing standard pay rates and competitive salaries with collected salary and benefit surveys. (California only)
